Review on new Pillsbury Cheesecake

Rating: 4/5
Serves: 2-3 persons
Preparation time: 5 mins
Effort Level : veryyyy easy
Total time: 90 mins

A week ago while grocery shopping at Spencer's I came across this instant cheesecake mix by Pillsbury and immediately my heart wanted it. And who doesn't want to make a no bake easy to make cheesecake at home and that too at a cost of just 135 bucks?

Today I got time to make it at last. It comes with all the materials in it.

1. Biscuit crumbs
2. Cheesecake mix
3. Topping Strawberry

Biscuit crumbs mixed with butter as per instruction to make the base.

cake mix is added with 3/4 th cup milk.. I would suggest to add a bit extra milk because the batter becomes very condensed as I found out.

Batter should be moulded in a small container with flat base, preferably a 5" dia container. I used a tiffin box as I didn't have any.

Product after frozen for more than an hour in the freezer.

Final product after adding topping

My Review: It was really good to my surprise. Very soft and not at all like a ready to make product. Just the strawberry topping didn't suit my taste. I would definitely try it out again but that time I am sure I wont be using this topping.

Great....was unaware of the product. Nice pick for cheesecake lovers. You may use flavored jams like blueberry!

Our Flowering Garden all around the year

My Drawing of a Garden all around the year Today I would like to share with you how we transformed our small balcony space into a beautiful home garden. This post is a very personal post and quite close to my heart.  So it starts back in April 2019, when I, Sayani, first moved into this apartment after marriage. My husband planted this Mogra plant fo me, (we also call it Beli in bengali) (Arabian Jasmine) since its one of my favorite plants and it symbolises love. It only has one flower when I first met it. We always wanted a beautiful garden, so this was our initial additions to the garden, Hibiscus plants. We love hibiscus because we can use it to offer our Gods/idols in the puja mandir. The next addition to the garden was basil, which we love to use in our kitchen to make beautiful pasta recipes. Yes basil grows like anything, you only need to feed them water day and night.   Click here:  Potting mix that we use  Click here: Compost that we use once every month On...

Prague- "The Must Visit Places"_ A honeymoon Journey

Prague, capital city of the Czech Republic, is bisected by the Vltava River. Nicknamed “the City of a Hundred Spires,” it's known for its Old Town Square, the heart of its historic core, with colorful baroque buildings, Gothic churches and the medieval Astronomical Clock, which gives an animated hourly show. Completed in 1402, pedestrian Charles Bridge is lined with statues of Catholic saints. That's what you know Prague from the Wiki know. But Prague is a city that needs to be walked and explored on foot through the cobbled stoned alleys and lanes, framed by beautiful multi-coloured buildings in Art Noveau style with facades filled with blossoming flowers and planter boxes with green and colourful flowers. We were on our honeymoon to Prague, and it was a much needed vacay for us. After deciding on a number of places, such as Croatia (Dubrovnik especially-Being die hard GOT fans) , UK ( Being a Harry Potter fan as well) and Scotland, we couldn't decide what to cho...
